Background when the author contacted me about a review I was hesitant...I really only like to do reviews on books of the fantasy/horror genre, but I told her I'd have a look at it. I picked it up last evening and finished it at 115 am this morning. I couldn't put it down.

Some thoughts on "The Black"...

1.) no fantasy... it had horror, but of a different ilk.

2.) dark, powerful and chilling. In a word... brilliant!

3.) the only negative was the number of typos... frequent and noticeable.

Impression
For the work as a piece of literature... 5 Stars... more if I could.

Just bought this today and its got me already. I cant wait for more BOOKS from JEHNI DALE !!! SHE IS GOING TO BE A WORLD REKNOWNED AUTHOR u wait and see.!5 pages in and i am stuck this is truly great
Very good book! Like the point of view it was written from! Well written. Couldn't put the book down. It had u guessing to the end what really happened. Think it would have been interesting to give some more detail in the way the main character was living now. All in all worth the money spent and I am waiting for another publishing fron the author
I don't usually write reviews but this is one of the most fascinating well written books I have read in a long time. One of those rare books that lingers in your mind well after you have finished the last chapter. Hope to read more from this author!
